Well, I gotta take You back to the end of May of this year. Something really magical took place on Friday May 25, the opening of Pirates of The Caribbean - At World's End. And in celebration of that fact, a great group of pirate re-enactors gathered upon Marcus Cinemas in Addison, Illinois to ring in The Movie. On Saturday May 26, just one day after the premier of Pirates 3, The Crew of The Archangel - Pyrates of the Golden Age set sail for Addison, Illinois. Marcus Cinemas was transformed into a pirates delight. Pirates could be found here, there and everywhere. They were there to help pass out Maps to the kiddies and as well to apparently capture any assistant manager of Marcus Cinemas they could find and make Him part of their crew.

The Crew of The Archangel - Where Heaven Meets the Sea are a great group of Pirate re-enactors that perform all over the Midwest. They provide fun and entertainment for the whole family and try to make Pirates less scary. It is a really trip for the kids to meet actual living pirates, and these pirates really interact with the kids. They have special routines they do for both kids and parents.

I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with The Crew of The Archangel. Although I am personally not used to having pirates stealing My wallet and requiting Me to join their crew, it was a trip to see what these great group of reenactors do what do, and it is neat How they do it.
